Materials Needed:
H hook
WW yarn (brown & white)
Yarn needle
Finished Item size: 4.5" long x 3" high
Abbreviations:
CH = Chain
ST = Stitch
SLST = Slip Stitch
SC = Single crochet
HDC = Half-Double crochet
HDC2tog = HDC decrease
Pattern:
Row 1: CH 3. 2 HDC in 1st CH. (2)
Row 2: CH 1, turn. 2 HDC in each ST. (4)
Row 3: CH 1, turn. 2 HDC in 1st ST, HDC in next 2 ST, 2 HDC in last ST. (6)
Row 4: CH 1, turn. 2 HDC in 1st ST, HDC in next 4 ST, 2 HDC in last ST. (8)
Row 5-8: CH 1, turn. HDC in each ST across. (8)
Row 9: CH 1, turn. HDC2tog in 1st ST, HDC in next 4 ST, HDC2tog in last ST. (6)
Row 10: CH 1, turn. HDC2tog in 1st 2 STs, HDC in next 2 ST, HDC2tog in last 2 STs. (4)
Row 11: CH 1, turn. HDC2tog across. (2)
Row 12: CH 1, turn. HDC2tog. (1)
Round 1: CH 1, do not turn. SC in each ST around, placing 3 SC in each end. Join w/ SLST to 1st SC.
Fasten off. If you are sewing onto another item, leave a long tail.
